Extended Return Policy and 24/7 Holiday Hours

The clock is ticking and time is running out to get all that holiday shopping done. However, there is nothing worse than doing online holiday shopping only to find out the items that you purchased were not what the person wanted and that the products cannot be returned anymore because the item was purchased too long ago. Often times companies will reduce and limit their return policies during the holidays to ensure that more sales are final. At Sonic Electronix, they do things a little bit different when they focus on the needs of their loyal customers. That is why this holiday season they are actually extending their Return Policy!

For the 2010 Holiday season, Sonic Electronix is introducing Extended Holiday Hours to make like more convenient for the consumer.  So what is the return policy? It is simply that for orders shipped from November 23rd through December 25th, the Standard Return Policy of 30 days is extended until January 31st. Any unopened item can be returned for a refund. If a purchased item is defective or broken, you can exchange that item easily for the same item or store credit. That means that any item that applies to the standard Sonic return policy and is shipped out between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2010 will receive an extension to the items standard return policy. It is as simple as that.  You can shop worry-free and be confident in your purchase.

Extended holiday hours are something that many of our loyal customers and avid readers are already familiar with. Throughout the holiday season, Sonic Electronix sales representatives are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Sonic Electronix is excited to announce that this Holiday Season, the call center is currently going to be open and taking calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Now we’ll be available to assist with any order, question, or just help you out with your audio system no matter the time of day!

Online shopping or “E-tailing” is all about convenience.  SonicElectronix.com recognized the need for additional convenience for online shoppers and expanded the call center to be fully prepared to take all of your calls!

This can be helpful in a lot of different situations.  For those of you with conflicting schedules who can’t call in during standard business hours, the call center will now have a much more flexible schedule so now all customer service related inquires can be dealt with as soon as they arise.  Questions regarding products, orders, shipments, can all be answered any time of the day, any day of the week.

Another great reason for the call centers flexible hours is to ensure that our Call Center hold times are not near as long; minimizing the time it takes for a representative to get on the phone and assist you.  This is great for anyone!  From the High School student who can’t find the time to get any assistance, to the weekend installer who would like some assistance over the weekend.  Previously, the call center was open from 7 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday-Friday and occasionally on Saturday as well.
